As the Head of the newly created Market Proposition team, I am responsible for the identification and development of Digital Catapult portfolio of innovation services & products for its customers. This work is led by a strong understanding of our customers context and challenges, the competitive landscape as well as Digital Catapult technology and innovation capabilities.The innovation products and services my team defines are aimed at all types of industrial adopters with a special focus on manufacturing, transport, construction, logistics, supply chain and creative industries. Recently we have been supporting our customers on their twin transition journey to go green, sustainable and digital with projects such as strategic innovation roadmapping, acceleration programmes or experimentation projects.I also lead the development of bids and proposals for our customers by qualifying their specific need and designing the relevant bespoke offer with our tech teams.In this role, I have defined all the new processes and tools to support the performance of the team.
