I work with tech companies in regulated industries who are mostly trying to punch above their weight without a full exec team. On paper I’m a Fractional CRO and founder; in reality I’m the person who writes the strategy and the copy, builds the decks, bullies the funnel into shape, plans the events and lives in everyone’s LinkedIn DMs until things start to move.Clients usually come to me with a skills gap, a new market, a product launch or an ambitious target – and it regularly boils down to the same thing: they need someone who’s done this before, will question everything, and isn’t remotely precious about rolling their sleeves up.When the job needs more than one pair of hands, I bring CARBON with me – a flexible crew of strategists, creatives and specialists who can spin up as a mini marketing team, then scale up or down as the work demands.
