I love helping people in the work that I do. Being empathetic, responsive, and being genuine are qualities that are at the core of my personal ethos. Experience of leading a turnaround as MD, including a delivering an acquisition and successful trade exit. A cross functional deliverer with exposure across finance, operations, marketing, customer service and sales; in both private equity backed environments and in entrepreneurial private. From running a call centre, being an Executive Assistant, leading a nationwide team of operational engineers, to running a multi-site Document management company and then for the past 8 years I’ve been supporting other fast-growing SMEs in their search to build successful leadership teams. Personally supported with the search and appointment of c.100 C-Suite leaders, in particular CFO’s, CEO’s and COO roles, that have gone on to deliver some amazing success stories for their businesses.
