Working as part of a small team supporting the businesses overall Talent Acquisition plans.• Working collaboratively with HRBP’s, Heads of Departments, Operational Leaders and other internal stakeholders to effectively plan & executive volume and support function recruitment campaigns.• Building talent pools across Work Levels and Divisions to reduce time & cost to hire to ensure high quality of applicants through effective attractions strategies, assessment and process management.• Challenging the mind-set of key internal stakeholders to enforce a simple and reliable outlook on our Talent Management process.• Own the end to end recruitment process for key volume business areas including partnering with Claims and Sales & Service.• Analyse candidate attraction strategies to better increase the quality of applicants within our talent pool.• Manage and deliver key strategies to all areas of the business to produce effective campaigns from entry level hires to Senior Management. • Manage agency and other service provider relationships to keep track of their performance against agreed SLA’s.We are striving to provide a standardised and excellent end to end direct recruitment service to our employees (Hiring Managers and Internal Applicants) and external customers (potential employees and our 3rd Party suppliers) across all Ageas offices in the UK to build a winning team.Recent projects include - IT & Change department competency framework review, including the introduction of a new candidate journey, new guides and interview skills training- Internal Careers Day - working towards out 2024 business priorities- Recruit and onboard our first ever Claims Apprenticeship Level 6 ACII- Manage IT Degree Apprenticeship programme- Supplier terms of business review- Lead our first Remote Claims recruitment campaign.
