Identify, analyze, and research production and delivery challenges in order to maximize wholesale deliveries and to minimize negative impact on inventory levels and product profitability. Create and manage reports for tracking sell through, failures and successes. Assist the BPM to help place buys, confirm production and costing, according to internal budgets and margin goals. Issue and track sample, fabric, and development purchase orders. Order and follow through on customer samples, ecommerce samples, and salesman samples, including specification changes and quality checks as needed. Research, audit, and update production status including cost sheets and delivery/shipment issues, i.e. SD memos and overages/shortages shipping details. Communicate to sales and design departments on special cuts, sizes, colors or style changes as necessary or requested. Help BPM’s to prepare for sales meetings and new release markets by monitoring sample delivery, distribution, costing support and creating linesheets. Utilize business intelligence, SHOPIFY, SHIPPO, and Return Magic to assist customer inquiries within one business day. Use Shopify and SAP software to make weekly inventory adjustments. Audit sales orders, EDI’s, and purchase orders before entering data into the system.
