I have extensive experience of producing high quality content in all genres and have delivered shows to UK and US broadcasters and streamers. I enjoy building teams and schedules from concept to delivery. I have a thorough understanding of risk management and where responsibilities lie and am confident in every stage of production from initial research, through filming, post and delivery. I\'m adept at managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and am able to think laterally to quickly deal with new challenges. I thrive on getting involved in the detail and am comfortable dealing with any crisis that may arise. Outside of TV I use my background in media in my role as a trustee with Hostage International (http://hostageinternational.org), working alongside mental health professionals and other experts to help families and former hostages navigate their challenging experiences.
