HR Business Partner with Strategy & and Consulting National Leadership teams. Responsibilities include- HR Business Partner and strategic partner to the Strategy & and Consulting National Leadership teams giving strategic advice on people related matters to drive the national strategic people priorities and business goals- Supporting leaders with employee relations matters including organisational change, wellbeing, performance and conduct cases- Ensuring a focus on employee experience, commercial culture, wellbeing and inclusion in everything we do- Ideating and implementing the wellbeing strategy for the Consulting Line of Service- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in all areas of the business (ER, Reward, L&D, Recruitment, Resourcing) to ensure effective support is in place to enable the Consulting teams to succeed with their People Strategy- Facilitating an effective execution of the annual people cycle including talent reviews, moderation, promotion and reward- Analysing HR data to develop business insights and monitor the performance of different initiatives- Challenging myself on how I embed AI technology into my role, including creating comms, analysing feedback and employee engagement survey comments.
