Management of end-to-end recruitment for Director and Senior Manager roles including driving direct sourcing initiatives. Lead on Director panels as well as some Partner panels. Management of a team ensuring they have the right knowledge to ensure quality is embedded in everything we do. Working closely with key stakeholders including key Partners across the business to deliver effective hiring outcomes. Providing market insights and evolving trends in the market to the Partner team. This includes MI reporting through bespoke reports and Workday.
