We completed a second management buyout deal in March 2018, allowing us to become a standalone business with private equity backing from a consortium led by Centerbridge Partners.I am responsible for the oversight and management of Delegated Claims to our Lloyds DCA’s (TPA\'s and cover holders) for the Specialist Consumer Products and Accident & Health division. Meeting regularly with our partners to drive improvements on scheme performance, customer experience and ensuring adherence to Lloyds Minimum Standards/The Principles. I also act as the complex claims referral point, providing guidance on claims handling best practice and policy wording interpretation, as well as ensuring the appropriate experts are appointed.
