ABOUT CINDY JANE SILVER

Born and raised in South Florida, my journey into the world of technology began early, fueled by my enrollment in STEM programs during elementary and middle school and inspired by my tech-savvy mom. This passion led me to pursue and earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from FUMEC University, which laid the foundation for my career in Product Management.I discovered my calling in product management as a Business Analyst, where I leveraged my technical expertise and people skills to drive impactful solutions. Over the years, I’ve grown into a Group Product Manager role, managing strategy and roadmaps for 6 internal teams and 2 external partners. I recently led initiatives that improved cart performance by 40% and increased promotion engagement from <1% to 7.3%, demonstrating my ability to identify opportunities, execute transformative strategies, and deliver measurable success at scale.What sets me apart is my passion for mentorship and fostering inclusive growth. As a Women in Beer & Beyond Chair Member, I led 15+ mentorship circles, empowering individuals and building strong, collaborative teams. I’ve also created onboarding processes and training materials for Business Analysts and Product Managers, guiding colleagues through career development and helping them achieve their professional goals.I am highly experienced in managing product roadmaps with complex dependencies, both internally and with partner organizations. My strong written and verbal communication skills enable me to present analyses, recommendations, and results to senior management, aligning teams and driving impactful outcomes.Beyond work, I’m passionate about learning new things, reading, spending time with my dogs, listening to music, and using my technology, product, and people skills to make the world a better place.
