Acting as an Ambassador for Lee Hecht Harrison I currently support a team of 100+ Staff members, 150+ Associates and our individual candidates. By providing a dedicated service I ensure the smooth running of all facilities within our London Office.This office attracts over 150 people per day on average. Main duties:Representing Lee Hecht Harrison as a first point of contact.Planning and managing all meeting room resources.Managing Stationery stock levels within budget.Handling enquires over the telephone, email and face to face, redirecting as appropriate.Ensure that all visitors comply with our Health and Safety requirements.
