ABOUT CHUCK MAY

Chuck May is an executive with 40+ years of experience in financial and business management. For sixteen years, he provided personal financial management services to high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs, including founders of public companies. This activity led him into assisting several of his clients in the procurement of capital for their hyper-growth companies. He soon recognized the need in the marketplace for consultants who did more than just \"shop\" a business plan. Over several years, he developed and perfected a proprietary strategy and process for identifying and securing ALL of the resources needed to survive and metabolize hyper-growth, including capital. Since 1989, Chuck has assisted many clients through utilization of these proprietary strategies and processes. In 2006, Chuck was one of four executives recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as a \"Dealmaker\".Chuck has been active with many of the organizations serving the entrepreneurial communities of Dallas and Texas (both for-profits and non-profits). In 2002, he co-founded the DFW chapter of TeXchange, which for 20+ years served as one of the leading organizations serving the CEO\'s of early- and mid-stage technology-related companies.Earlier in his career, Chuck founded a company (C5 Partners) which was recognized by the Entrepreneurs for North Texas with its “Spirit of Entrepreneurship North Star Recognition” in 2006.In 2015, Chuck founded nFLXn Point Group, LLC a consulting firm which “helps companies scale, to sustainably achieve their core purpose”.
