Reporting directly to ownership in a family owned POP display company that has been in operation for almost 100 years, I lead the team that is responsible for over projects annually. Alongside my heads of Graphic Design and Structural Design, we lead and inspire a focussed team of creative professionals to create the best POP and experiential displays for our customers whether it\'s a unique and custom one off display, or an order of tens of thousands units, we are up for the challenge!

With a career spanning over twenty five years, I have held various management roles in which I’ve developed and led diverse teams in project management, design and post production. I have worked in a range of companies from a small startup to a national corporation, and in each of these roles I was able to add value and build successful teams. I am a customer centric leader that assures the team has what they need to succeed.I believe in continuous improvement. I have implemented change in process that reduced freelance spending by 35%. I worked with vendors to create a solution to bring digital video processing in-house that realized over savings annually in operating expenses.
