Hi, I’m Christy(hi, Christy) Your recruiter bestie. In a career where most folks fall into, I actively sought it out. Over the years, I\'ve loved helping friends (and their friends) navigate career moves, whether it’s resume glow-ups, interview pep talks, “what-am-I-doing-with-my-life” chats, or warm intros to cool people. So much so, I felt it was time to open it up to the world. A bit about me?I got my start in agency recruiting, which gave me range across industries. But my sweet spot is tech — I’ve worked at three startups (two founder-led) and I get fired up about building processes, connecting the dots, and helping people feel confident about their path. To me, Talent Acquisition is a unique blend of brand building, customer experience, and strategic matchmaking — and it’s a craft I bring to both the companies I support and the one-on-one guidance I offer outside of work.
