Core responsibilities include:Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of vacuum systems including diaphragm, rotary vane, and screw pumps, as well as associated controllers and gauges.Performing warranty checks, diagnostics, and repairs for equipment under service contracts.Handling liquid handling instruments like micropipettes, dispensers, and bottle-top burettes – including calibration, AMC support, preventive maintenance, and validation.Generating detailed service reports, documentation for calibrations, and maintenance logs to support audits and internal analysis.Supporting end-users with technical training, usage guidelines, and maintenance tips for better equipment longevity.Maintaining consistent communication with sales and service teams to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
