Working since 1986 when we were called The Irongate Group positions held are Account Manager, Sales Manager, Production Director and Board Member. I am a leader with a track record in performance management and organisational development. I enjoy problem solving and streamlining processes and procedures to make Irongate more efficient to make the time between orders placed and orders delivered as short as possible. Also in production to analyse the ordering of raw materials to make sure they are delivered just in time so as to improve cash flow without delaying the flow of orders through pre press/production/finishing. I hold high our corporate responsibility and ethics as well as reducing our carbon footprint while we go about our business, I work at helping get the best out of our staff while allowing them to grow within the company while developing the culture and can do attitude that has made our staff turnover low and Complete who are part of the Evo Group successful with year on year growth.
