As Manager of Events & Communications at Children’s Aid Foundation Ontario, I lead the planning and execution of internal and public-facing events that strengthen community engagement and drive fundraising results. Highlights include organizing a large-scale corporate gala, a charity motorcycle ride, a holiday community event, and a series of women-centered educational panels and youth recognition celebrations. These efforts have raised over to support the Foundation’s mission.I manage every aspect of event production, from creating timelines and coordinating logistics to liaising with vendors and leading volunteer teams. I also develop promotional content and post-event recaps to sustain engagement and communicate impact. In partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, I align events with larger fundraising and awareness campaigns, ensuring consistency and measurable outcomes.Beyond events, I oversee the organization’s digital presence. I led the rebranding and redesign of our website during a legal name change, increasing site engagement. I continue to manage WordPress updates, create campaign pages, and optimize the user experience. I also design and deploy targeted email marketing campaigns for initiatives such as our women’s giving panel and a holiday campaign that raised $300K.I’ve grown our social media following significantly—Instagram by 11.3% and LinkedIn by 47.1%—while achieving over 120K combined impressions through digital storytelling, including for the $110K Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign.I also manage corporate partnerships and volunteer activities, securing over in combined support. From sponsorship engagement to team volunteering, I ensure partnerships deliver shared value and long-term impact.
