As a Product Manager for the MineSense Data Portal, I implement the roadmap set by senior management, driving the development of a centralized platform for real-time and historical mining data. The portal integrates sensor data from excavation, haulage, and processing systems, providing critical insights for operational decision-making. I work closely with data and software engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of features, improve visualization tools, and enhance system usability.Responsibilities-Implement roadmap priorities and coordinate feature development-Work with data and software engineering teams to integrate real-time and historical data-Develop interactive visualizations (Sankey diagrams, time-series dashboards, reporting tools)-Collaborate with UX designers to optimize workflows and user experience-Align development with operational and business needs across stakeholders-Support reporting enhancements, filtering mechanisms, and historical data playback-Ensure role-based access controls and data governance best practices.This role is focused on new features and existing features, with a focus on making mining data more accessible, actionable, and valuable for decision-making.
