Coordinated projects with threesixy design and the Colorado Health Foundations grant for Middle School Outdoor Learning Environments (MSOLE). We implented two projects this summer to increase socialization of teenagers in the outdoors, increase physical activity, and raise awareness about sustainability issues in our community. Our projects build comprehensive site make overs with play ground equipment, walking loops, outdoor classrooms, and habitat for migrating species. The two projects leveraged additional funding from Great Outdoors Colorado bringing the total capital improvement funding to more than $4 million dollars.
