I am the Sales Manager for our Merchanting division, which involves the running of the Merchanting Sales Team and Office on a day to day basis, ensuring a motivated and engaged team are ready perform to their highest abilities in sales and customer service. I utilise CRM software to target growth and look at procedures to improve customer experience and manage these through my team. I assist with growing our product range and keep in touch with market activities through trade shows and working closely with customers and suppliers to ensure we offer best of class products and services, and ensuring we achieve our sales and account growth targets.
