Chris Lynch is currently head of delivery for BFSI and senior leader of TCS Irelands global delivery center in Letterkenny. Chris Lynch was previously Head of Professional Business Services (PBS) capabilities for Pramerica across Letterkenny, El Paso and Newark. Chris has built and lead business capabilities ranging from Contact center & Back office, Financial services, Creative Services & Actuarial services, Data Analytics and Adaptive services (Agile & delivery mgt, analysis & design, portfolio management).Chris oversees a financial, legal and compliance capabilities which support the Prudential Corporate functions. Chris\'s teams work across all of Prudential’s U.S businesses, corporate functions and supports the International business lines.Prior to his role as Operations Director, he was a Senior Operations manager and subsequent to that was Operations manager supporting various Prudential business groups and corporate centers. Mr. Lynch has been heavily involved in streamlining and further outsourcing commodity type work for Annuities to third party vendors based in the Philippines and India. In 2001, he joined Pramerica as part of the original start up of the Operations department in Pramerica which serviced PRUPAC (Prudential Propriety and Casualty business). Chris is passionate about developing talent and adding value to the busineses his group suport
