I am a patent agent in Gowlings\' Ottawa office, practising in Intellectual Property. I prepare and prosecute patent applications in all areas of the life sciences and chemical fields, especially those involving biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, bioprocessing, and medical devices. I assist entrepreneurs and SMEs, as well as multinational corporations, in the protection and management of their IP assests. In addition to my main practice areas, I have experience in a wide variety of different disciplines, including mining, oil and gas extraction technologies, viniculture, radio transmission technologies, cosmetic chemistry, and inventions related to aerospace and defense.
