Salesperson, Investment Bank | FX, Rates and CreditResponsibilities- build, maintain and develop the client franchise in EMEA with specific focus on Hedge Funds- accountable for revenue generation for the repo product in all currencies and asset classes- generate risk-adjusted returns within the repo risk framework and match client flows with the bank’s collateral requirements- manage key return metrics including Return on Attributed Equity, Risk Weighted Assets, Balance Sheet, Leverage Ration Denominator and Liquidity Coverage Ratio- set of the global strategy for the business as a member of the repo management team- monitor and manage strategic and tactical balance sheet allocation across Global Strategic Partners and other focus clients- coordinate with Credit Risk Control and other risk functions the allocation of repo risk and exposure limits including gross/net volume limits and initial margin requirements - partner with legal in repo documentation negotiations as a key business advisor in EMEA
