If I were a tree, I’d be the Kao Wolliw (KAH-oe woe-LEW-which means,“She who flourishes in many environments and frequently steps out on a limb”). Known for its deep roots and sturdy foundation, this unique tree is solid yet predominantly known for its flexibility.Okay. So, there’s no such tree as the Kao Wolliw. Sue me for fibbing. It’s just my way of framing that I’ve held a multitude of roles within the non-profit, real estate and commercial theater industries and I’ve loved them all! Whether working on a team to bring happiness to elderly residents, performing for a crowd of thousands along the river Elbe in Dresden or negotiating contracts with star talent or real estate clients, I seek joy and strive to cultivate meaningful outcomes in all that I do.I am focused and driven. I am always up for a good challenge. I thrive in creative environments where my organizational, communications, management and fundraising skills can make a positive difference. And, like the Kao Wolliw, I am equally at home being a part of the forest or leading and mentoring fellow saplings.
