I’m a DDI Certified Facilitator and ICF Certified Coach with a unique background that merges theater-based methods, leadership development, and hands-on training across diverse industries. I’ve led everything from multi-week leadership initiatives to focused workshops—covering needs analysis, dynamic content design, and interactive delivery. My MFA in Acting and background as a professional actor has taught me that understanding human behavior and empathy is key to adult learning and leadership, an insight I use to create engaging, impactful programs.As an independent contractor and consultant, I’ve partnered with organizations across diverse industries—ranging from energy and manufacturing to consumer brands, to build immersive leadership experiences featuring role-play, scenario simulations, and skill practice. Clients also rely on my expertise as a learning and development consultant, tapping into my instructional design skills to craft tailored, results-driven solutions.
