Talent acquisition leader for Global Defense and Global Commercial Cyber Security business sectors.Currently, serve as talent acquisition sector lead providing market strategy for the largest business unit that is focused on global Defense and national security. Partner with HR business partners, executive leaders, and other corporate business partners (i.e. marketing, learning, contracts, finance) to develop talent programs and market strategies to attract global talent. Leverage and present metrics to forecast, diagnose, and advise impact of talent pipeline from externa/internal environmental factors and seasonal/cyclical fluctuations. Provide market research and analytics to explain candidate behaviors and talent availability and landscape. Ensure ‘recruiting readiness’ strategies are in place for high priority bid/proposals.In addition, I am also the talent acquisition leader of Commercial Cyber Security which includes responsibilities mentioned above as well as oversight to Booz Allen’s global Commercial business. Experienced in impact of local employment laws, immigration, and benefits on recruiting processes and the business.Past experience includes leading military recruiting, university and regional recruiting teams locally and remotely. Achieved several awards during my tenure over military recruiting, including Booz Allen ranking 11th on G.I. Jobs 2015 Top 100 Military Friendly Employers® and G.I.
