I entered the recruiting space after a fateful conversation with my coworker at the gym. She learned I was in job search, and we talked about what I’m passionate about: building relationships, helping others, and obsessively organizing my calendar / planner with highlighters and the best pens on the market. Through further conversations I realized the things I was most passionate about lent themselves to a career in recruitment. I appreciate that not everybody has a linear career path and you often “don’t know what you don’t know.” Whether you’re simply curious about what the future might look like or searching for an immediate change, I help accounting and HR professionals find opportunities that align with their career goals.
