As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Truity Partners my role consists of finding top talent for temporary and permanent Accounting & Finance roles to assist our clients. In addition to helping candidates find the right opportunity that fits their needs and skillset- Source, interview, and present qualified candidates to clients- Use a variety of tools for sourcing such as our internal ATS system (Bullhorn), Indeed and LinkedIn - Cold call and connect with passive and active candidates- Create job postings and monitor posting. Screen qualified applicants as they come through- Create creative ways to source a diverse set of candidates for each specific need for our client- Develop and manage a large pipeline of candidates to fill current and future needs- Review resumes and credentials for specific skillsets- Lead communication with candidates and clients during screening, interviewing and placement process- Assist with due diligence as needed including reference checks and general compliance and integrity are the foundation of our name, our company, and how we serve our candidates and clients. We are committed to our business partners by placing accounting, finance, tax, and HR talent on a contingent, retained, temporary or consulting basis.
