I am a senior operating executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling high-growth staffing and professional services organizations based in New Jersey. I have overseen multi-market operations across the Northeast and partnered closely with executive teams to navigate complex talent challenges within the finance and technology sectors.Over the course of my career, I have built and led teams that consistently deliver results—expanding markets, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth, even in changing market conditions.
