ABOUT CHRISTIN YOUNGBLUD

I am a recent graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a B.A. in Sociology, which has provided me with a deep understanding of societal and human dynamics. Over the past four years, I have gained extensive experience in the sports industry, working as a coach’s film intern, recruiting and operations intern for Terps Football, and in HR, ticketing, and marketing for Maryland Athletics. During my time as an undergraduate, I developed strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media management, sports operations, logistics and pitch development, and event management. I am passionate about contributing to athlete development within both institutional and professional settings. My aspiration is to guide athletes in developing their futures beyond sports, encouraging them to explore and nurture their passions outside of athletics. By helping them understand that life extends beyond the game, I aim to empower individuals to make meaningful impacts in diverse areas of the world.
