Recruitment Co-ordinator currently leading on Medical & Dental recruitment at NHS England (NHSE). In my current role I am responsible for leading on key recruitment processes and events and managing Recruitment Officers. Previously to starting at NHSE, I graduated from the NHS HR Graduate Management Training Scheme and completed placements in employee relations, recruitment, organisational development and workforce planning. As part of the scheme I also achieved a Distinction in my CIPD (Level 7) and a merit in my PGCert in Senior Healthcare Leadership. I have a first class degree in Social Sciences, an interdisciplinary psychology degree accredited by the British Psychological Society and over eight years experience in recruitment, including agency, third sector and public sector recruitment.
