Understanding where consumers intersect can be a complicated space. That said, there has always been one thing that enticed me the most; the consistency of creating an experience that promotes community through online destinations or in real life.The same thought process is how I view brand marketing and leadership. The importance of prioritizing a connection with your consumer or team is imperative to driving brand equity. Our consumer and people are at the forefront of how we develop, create, and craft.During the beginning of my tenure with adidas, I managed and developed the wholesale footprint for various accounts from a retail marketing aspect, opening thirteen branded spaces across two concept designs. More recently, I am a proven leader in the brand communication space, successfully bringing eight products to market and multiple partnerships.Having worked in the sneaker and sports lifestyle industry for a good part of my career, there are two important learnings I\'ve gathered. First, never stop learning. Second, find a room big enough for all your sneakers!
