ABOUT CHRISTIAN MONTALVO
During my childhood I was introduced to integrity, respect and hard work at a very young age. As soon as I was old enough I went out to earn my first job at fifteen and half in retail. Though it was not a significant career job, it did teach me a great deal about how to carry my self, excellent customer service and how to create efficiency with the use of time management.Growing up the youngest in the family with two older brothers, there are a few qualities & characters that have been instilled in me. Three of the main ones being that I am resilient, determined, and strong-willed. Always pushing the boundaries and forcing my self to work outside of my comfort zone.After experiencing a variety of failure, as well as success in my life. Those life lessons have taught me that if you are coachable, optimistic and humble, along with maintaining hard work & discipline, you will be able to affect change, growth and success for your business, as well as for yourself.
