Christine joined Genpact in 2022 as Chief of Staff to then CEO Tiger Tyagarajan, where she was instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and aligning the organization with its overarching goals. Currently in the position of Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Christine partners with the CEO’s office to manage and execute high-impact initiatives across clients, partners, employees, shareholders, and the Board of Directors, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
