As part of Goodyear’s newly established SAP S/4HANA Transformation Enablement Team, I lead a cross-functional group of IT practitioners focused on creating transparency, building readiness, and supporting the enterprise on its journey toward S/4HANA.Our mission is to provide the insights, structure, and coordination that allow IT and business teams to make informed decisions about future processes, data, and technology capabilities.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:Create transparency by documenting AS-IS processes in Signavio and mapping business capabilities and application landscapes in LeanIX.Support IT product teams with insights, facilitation, and coordination to prepare for S/4HANA capabilities and standards.Contribute to value & feasibility assessments, identifying opportunities for simplification, modernization, and platform-led improvements.Facilitate innovation readiness within IT by curating learning resources and enabling touchpoints with SAP and system integrators.Promote continuous learning and alignment to help build a strong IT foundation for the future S/4HANA operating model.Act as a connector between IT architecture, product teams, and transformation stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

I am an accomplished Global IT Team Leader and Project Management Professional (PMP)® with 15+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and enterprise transformation programs across global organizations.
