ABOUT CHRISTIAN PARRISH

Current Architectural Technologist at GT3 Architects, Nottingham. Previous Architectural Technologist at Scurr Architects Ltd. Previous Architectural Technology student at Nottingham Trent University. Having completed a placement year within the industry, expanding knowledge of the industry standard and personally advancing team working skills and working to live client deadlines. Whilst working within the industry upon a placement year, vital skills and experience were gained. At Scurr Architects, I was assigned to complete feasibility, planning, working drawing and completion drawings for multiple prefabricated modular restaurants. The work varied from plans, sections, elevations, details and external drawing documents. Personally, I am an organised person, and am able to balance my studies and work alongside my social life, which makes me a determined student and person. I am a quick learner and can fit into a new working environment easily. Having being offered a graduate Architectural Technician role from that placement year, I accepted the role at Scurr Architects after the university experience had finished.
