Leading the Procurement transformation hand in hand with Aviv\'s company transformation. I am passionate about building Procurement from scratch, creating Procurement processes and governance, internal (stakeholder) relationships, hiring, building and leading motivated teams. Helping a growing organization to thrive and create value add beyond cost savings, build up and integrate Procurement as a valuable business partner. Established and improved processes and solutions ensure required compliance and governance, but also increase efficiency and help to gain time for the team(s) to work more strategically. Category management and aligned sourcing strategies leverage value add beyond tactical procurement.(Marketing) Procurement requires close collaboration between Procurement and the business side, to ensure a fully synced sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management. A step by step approach to get there ensures high motivation for the involved teams. Internal story telling and tracking of KPI\'s ensures the value add that is being created is understood and the basis to continue the journey. I have been fortunate to work at great thriving organizations so far, being in peak demand but also complex and challenging market environments. I have learned and got inspired from/by great people around and hopefully will never stop doing so.
