As the Communication Director at ICAN, my role involves crafting and executing strategic communication plans to amplify our mission of supporting adults with disabilities. I oversee our digital presence, managing websites, social media, and content creation, ensuring our messaging resonates authentically. Leveraging digital marketing tactics, I drive engagement through social media campaigns, SEO optimization, and targeted emails. Through data-driven analysis and cross-departmental collaboration, I continuously refine strategies to maximize our impact and outreach within the community.
