ABOUT CHRIS MATTHEWS
I am currently a Franchise Manager for CeX, part of the Webuy Ltd family of brands, adding to my 18 years of experience in the Franchise world. In addition to my full-time role, I have started a new venture as a Football Agent, which is currently a work in progress while I prepare to obtain my licence to operate as an agent.My experience has been gained through working in brands such as the international sandwich chain SUBWAY and the British Organic Farming and Veg Box company Riverford. These are two very different companies that have given me a great understanding of franchising and business. I enjoy the challenges of franchising and am always looking for ways to add value to my role within the brand. I also enjoy building relationships with my franchisees and seek ways to contribute to their success and development.I currently support 11 Franchisees across 40 stores in England and Wales, and I have the drive and passion to increase this number as I recruit new franchisees for the brand and develop existing ones through expansion.
