Some career highlights- As a Principal Software Engineer for Digital Lumens, I’ve spent the past five years developing an app used to control and visualize large scale industrial lighting and sensor systems- At the Boston Globe, I started and led GlobeLab, a Knight-funded innovation lab in partnership with the Center For Civic Media at MIT- As the founder of tourfilter.com, I built a web 2.0 service that sent millions of simple, spam-free concert notifications and was praised in Wired, Billboard and the Rolling Stone- At the early incubator idealab, I started a 10-person micropayments company used by national media companies including US News & World Report.
