I have also managed a $3.2M budget to support product implementation across 900 users in Europe, Asia, and the US.WHAT I HAVE ACHIEVED• Created and implemented a cross functional and department wide product maturity model focused on standardizing and simplifying data products across 13 operational dimensions including Engineering, Data Governance, Architecture, Security, and Business value. • Led transition from sFTP file-based integrations between source system for FX Exposures to API and AWS managed services to increase real-time processing and added controls.• Launched modules and upgrades pertaining to SAP TMS, Murex, IBM TM1/PA, JIRA, AWS, API Contracts, Confluence, and Lucidchart.• Led implementation of Blackline Financial Close Suite from pilot in one country to a global roll out in three years, resulting in a 20% increase in automation, 100% visibility in cash in transits, and a potential reduction of 2% in net charge offs.• Led operational readiness AGILE Pod for a new nationwide financial product roll out with a 30% net acquisition rate at launch.
