Global position responsible for developing, implementing, leading and managing the administration of company-wide risk management, insurance and claims management programs. This includes managing risk at the corporate office; leading and executing cross-region risk and compliance initiatives; and providing guidance to establish and communicate risk management methodology, processes, and the risk culture throughout the company. Acutely focused on implementing strategies that deliver best-in-class, data driven solutions that support the business, protect assets, and manage Total Cost of Risk (TCOR).• Design, implement and maintain the global risk management program through risk financing and risk transfer for all of Kontoor Brands. Administer the annual insurance renewal process inclusive of the assessment of risk, preparation of underwriting submissions, conducting insurance market meetings, evaluation of coverage terms, and approval of all global insurance policies.• Direct the global claims management programs for all lines of insurance, including supporting processes, procedures, infrastructure, claim reviews, governance, and training, with a special focus on Workers\' Compensation employee advocacy and cost containment programs.• Responsible for the selection and governance of insurance and risk management providers, including insurance brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Establish processes to evaluate compliance with KPl’s and work with service providers to identify and implement best practices.• Align and collaborate with global business partners, including the Executive and Senior Management to design, implement and maintain optimal programs and solutions that meet business needs and mitigate risk.
