Provide leadership and tactical visual communication support. Provide clarity and optimization through project prioritization. Ensure the delivery and art direction of on-brand content, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for every platform including social media, email, point of purchase, mobile, video, print and in-person environmental. Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and digital) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content creation. Ensure a consistent global influence and further position the organization to be industry leaders in content and creative. Participation in the hiring of world-class content/storytellers in all content verticals while building a creative pipeline of talent and strengthen team retainment. Provide senior brand leadership and advisory to help mentor the creative staff by engaging the design, photography, motion graphics, and video teams to evolve and elevate the global brand. Working closely with c-suite leaders by understanding the business of art and the art of business simultaneously.
