The Solution Architect role is a hybrid pre and post-sales role in which I work with organizations interested in deprecating their 3rd party secure email gateway (SEG) to leverage Microsoft and Google-native email security controls, complemented by Abnormal Security\'s Integrated Cloud Email Security (ICES) offering- Pre-sales solution, architecture and migration consulting- Pre-sales proof of concept/proof of value delivery- Post-sales solution implementation- Integral work with Product Management and Engineering to deliver solution improvements
