Responsible for leading all body engineering new product development activities for all programmes for US and UK manufactured products. Forward planning of resourcing against programme plans, working closely with the Exec Directors to help lay out and support Singer\'s product roadmap. I\'ve grown the internal team significantly with the recruitment of talented individuals and also brought on board new Engineering Service providers to support workload peaks. Have provided early concept studio support to the creative director. I\'ve also been the acting Chief Engineer across 3 variant programmes, one cancelled and the Singer Turbo Slantnose and Cabrio variants.
