Restoring and reimagining 1989 to 1994 Porsche 911s, based on the 964 chassis at the direction of our clients- Responsible for the creation of standard work by creating, clarifying, and sharing information about the most efficient method to perform a task in a manner that demonstrates,\"Everything is Important.\"- Responsible of creation of manufacturing planning templates, process definition, quality standards and cost reduction initiatives- IE lead for Fabrication and Body process- Creation of work instructions for manufacturing and assembly processes- Support process planning for Classic and Turbo studies- Lead for line balance study using Yamazumi technique to reduce non-value added steps to reduce cycle time per line- Pilot of direct cost analysis for C2, C4 and Targa vehicles to set company targets and conduct improvement plans to reduce production cost- Designer of efficient layouts for assembly stations and lines, buffer locations, material flow, docks and warehousing- Reduction of waste and non-value-added activities in assembly processes to establish lean manufacturing culture.
