Leveraging my experience in fast-paced scale-up environments, I combine expertise in product management, digital development, and customer journey delivery to ensure our products meet current market demands and are positioned for success.My focus is on ensuring market fit for EoH solutions as demand grows and competition intensifies, allowing us to secure a first-mover advantage and capture market share.I combine Go to Market strategies that include traditional lead generation, conversion rate optimization, data analysis, budgeting, and targeted marketing, along with rapid development of customer journeys, process optimisation and challenging legacy ways of working. This holistic approach ensures we maximize every opportunity, whether through leveraging internal resources or building strong, lasting relationships with brand partners and suppliers.
