Working closely with our Talent Acquisition team, I develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top dental providers while maintaining strong relationships within the dental community. A significant part of my role involves visiting dental schools to recruit new graduates and build lasting partnerships with academic institutions, ensuring a steady pipeline of emerging talent.
