Psi Signature Specialist and Emerging Technologies Mgr - Central Region @Zimmer Biomet

My role responsibility through the central region includes all educational and advanced surgical techniques of PSI (Patient Specific Instruments) and Signature pathways for surgeons, surgical staff, imaging staff, and sales teams. Collaborative in-depth \"Best Fit\"​ planning interface for surgeons to provide \"dialed-in\"​ outcomes based on desired surgeon preferences specific to patient anatomy and modeling pathology both within the central region and when requested additional surgical case reviews and training throughout the United States and abroad. These \"Best Fit\"​ training methods are the result of proven known philosophies, methodology, and best developed techniques from the founders and leaders within the orthopedic world of total knee and shoulder arthroplasty. Regionally responsible for all PSI infrastructure management; case creation, monitoring, scheduling, and logistics through the OR delivery. Through this role I have developed and provided improved surgical methods of instrument use specific to PSI/Signature deliveries authoring several surgical techniques which have resulted in building continual growth use year over year delivering a reproducible multi-million dollar franchise within the distributorship. Through the above franchise efforts the distributorship has received numerous awards and recognition as the largest and highest level of accuracy outputs within the US and globally for Zimmer Biomet. A parallel role; as the Emerging Technologies Manager the responsibilities include all emerging technologies product currently available for guided instrument / patient specific navigation and sizing approaches for everyday use within the OR environment and the education of these medical device sciences and pathways. Also in parallel to the above to manage and lead all locally sponsored Bio-labs. These med device science events are developed to provide accelerated in-depth education of the targeted devices to the surgeon and sales teams.
