This approach drove informed investment decisions and prioritization aligned with business strategy and objectives.Enterprise Strategic Initiatives:Built and led a high-performing team of program and project leaders, ensuring delivery excellence for the company\'s strategic transformation. Successfully launched new business capabilities for Pilot including new functional areas, operating model design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversaw the implementation of complex technology programs and the creation of new line of business, including electric vehicle and hydrogen fueling.Organizational Change Management Office:Established a new organizational change management office, ensuring seamless transitions for employees impacted by multiple strategic initiatives with a focus on providing a premium employee experience throughout periods of significant change.
